The dispatcher of files in style FAR Manager'a.
Possibilities:
+ to Start elf.
+ to Start files ExtMgr.elf.
+ Removal of folders (with contents).
+ Sozdovat of a folder.
+ Pereimenovovat files.
+ Built in (cp-1251, UTF-16BE, UTF-.
+ the Built in editor (cp-1252, UTF-16BE, UTF-.
+ to Send files on Bluetooth.
+ Two languages, it is defined automatically (rus, eng).
+ Unpacking of files from Zip-archives.
+ From Zip-archives it is possible to look through files and to start эльфы.
