[ROM] wtcnbrwndo4u's brwnMOD De-Blur V2 [7/27/2010]

Before I get started, I am aware all I did was add/remove a bunch of APKs. Just figured I might as well put it up for the people who don't know what to delete. Plus, I really hate MotoBlur. Haha.

Changing the name, because as of right now, it's pretty much just a mod. Plus, I like brwnMOD.

Also, I'm not responsible if your phone gets bricked, destroyed by acts of God, if it implodes, etc. Flash at your own risk.

Big thanks to HandlerExploit for the original 2.1 ROM, ChainsDD for Superuser 2.2.2, and toxigenicpoem for his Quick N' Dirty mod, which fixed the login to MotoBlur and added Wifi tethering. Also, thanks to the users of my ROM for feedback and testing! Sorry if I missed anyone!

For whatever reason, I can't seem to include Superuser 2.2.2 within the ROM for now, so you have to flash it after, just like toxigenicpoem's ROM.

Known Issues:

• Terminal still force closes --- FIX, just download it from the Market.
  
• When sending messages using the physical keyboard by pressing Enter, the message sends twice. If you hit Send on the touchscreen, it sends only once.
  
• Calendar widget force closes --- WORKAROUND - Use PureCalendar.
  
• When accessing Accounts within Settings, it force closes.

Instructions:

1. Download both the ROM/Superuser and put them on your SD card
   
2. Do a full wipe (data/cache + dalvik)
   
3. Flash the ROM.
   
4. Flash Superuser immediately after.
   
5. Reboot
   
6. Once it boots up, it'll go straight to the Home launcher.
   
7. Open up a Google App, like Market, to initiate the setup for your Google Account.
   
8. If you require Terminal, download it from the Market. Otherwise, enjoy!

To setup Wifi Tether:
1. Open Barnacle
2. Press Menu Button
3. Enter Settings
4. Select "Skip wpa_supplicant" (Motorola Droid Fix)
5. Happy tethering!

I've removed 51 apps/services (added a couple to replace them though) from the leaked 2.1 ROM, which definitely makes things zippier. Let me know what you guys think.
